Service Contracts - We provide unlimited on-site service calls to repair covered equipment.
Travel, labor and parts charges are included in the contract. Your assigned personal
contract manager will ensure that your lab runs smoothly at all times. Enjoy having piece
of mind that when an instrument does fail, you are one phone call away from a rapid
solution with the appropriate documentation and compliance.
Preventative Maintenance - Keep your instrument down time to a minimum using our
thorough PM service. Annual preventative maintenance ensures peak performance from
your analytical equipment. Replacing your high usage parts before they fail will maximize
system up time.
Validation - Instrument Qualification, Operation Qualification, Performance Qualification
(IQ, OQ, PQ). Ensure system functionality and compliance following installation, repair or
maintenance of laboratory instrumentation. ALS uses only NIST traceable standards,
calibrated equipment and standard or customized traceable documentation protocols.
ALS uses a multi-point approach to Validation.
Block Hours – An added bonus to our contract customers. This cost effective approach to
purchase “Block Time” is offered at a reduced labor and travel rate.
Relocation – Need to move equipment? We offer a customized approach with compliance
options to make the move a snap. Let our experienced relocation team monitor the
process from start to finish. Talk to us about our equipment storage options, should there
be a delay in the new location construction.
Billable - Alpha Laboratory Services offers on-site service on a per hour basis for those
companies that choose to pay for maintenance, repair or other services as needed.
Instrument Refurbishment – Send us your system and we will refurbish it to like new
condition in our state-of-the-art service bays. The system can also be fully tested and
returned with compliant documentation.
In House Repairs - This service provides the customer with a fast response time, no travel charges and a reduced labor rate.
