A Different Approach:
Not all instrument related issues require the presence of an outside service engineer.

Alpha Laboratory Services provides unlimited technical phone support with our Preventative Maintenance Only Program. We find that our customers prefer the convenience of addressing minor instrument issues that can be easily corrected internally utilizing this unlimited phone technical support. Many of our customers taking this approach realize a substantial savings compared to a full service instrument agreement by purchasing a Preventative Maintenance Only Contract. This program includes a comprehensive annual Preventative Maintenance visit. It retains our company for emergency repairs requiring an on-site service engineer on a billable basis. Customers with this program receive the same prompt response time as with our full service agreement. By only paying for repairs needed this program results in substantial savings year after year. You only pay for an actual break down and not potential break downs.
